This document provides a summary of the latest developments with respect to the crisis caused by the outbreak of coffee rust (Hemileiavastatrix) in Mesoamerica,  as viewed by representatives of the public and private sectors who are involved in the response to the autbreak.  It also contains proposals for actions that address the immediate crisis while emphasizing permanent, long-term improvements.
